Become a Mentor
Approx. 2–4 hours per month for 6 months
Mentors guide a participant through our Leadership Accelerator or Community Mentorship Circles, sharing experience and encouragement along the way.
What happens next: Our program team will contact you to schedule a short orientation call and begin the mentor matching process.
Volunteer
Flexible, event-based or ongoing
Volunteers help run events, support program logistics, and lend their skills — from photography to hospitality to administrative support.
What happens next: A volunteer coordinator will follow up by email with current opportunities matching your interests.
Partner with 2WE
Varies by partnership scope
Businesses and community organizations partner with 2WE to sponsor programs, host events, or provide in-kind resources and expertise.
What happens next: Our partnerships team will schedule a conversation to explore what a partnership could look like.
Sponsorship, Foundation & Grantmaking
For foundations, grantmakers, and program/event sponsors
If you represent a foundation, grantmaking body, or organization interested in sponsoring a specific program or event, we'd love to talk about aligned opportunities.
